Sold moms condo in Century Village WPB in 7 days!! The whole process was perfect, end to end. My mother, 89 yo was so nervous and sad about selling her condo in Century Village and they couldn’t be more understanding, helpful, warm, professional and fun! Communication was terrific, Aaron always picked up the phone when we had questions (or called right back if on another line) and always kept us up to date. Both Sarah and Aaron were a pleasure to work with in helping me sell my dad’s condo. Unfortunately due to my dads age, he is not as sharp as he once was and needs some extra TLC. Sarah and Aaron from the very first phone call and throughout the process were professional, understanding and willing to spend the extra time needed to ensure we understood all the details. They provided excellent guidance and suggestions to us, enabling us to sell our property at the high end of market rates. They are from the local community, well versed in in the real estate market but also are kind, honest, reliable people that you can trust. They make a positive experience in a somewhat stressful environment of trying to sell a home. I would like to add that their responsiveness to my phone calls and emails was always immediate including after the sale of my dad’s condo.
