Over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. From my first position out of college to today I have been involved with real estate which allows me to have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction. For 18 years I was in the mortgage industry. I, along with my wife Sarah Rose, founded Community Mortgage a mortgage company in West Palm Beach, Florida.
We were licensed as a correspondent lender by the State of Florida and were approved by HUD and the VA to originate FHA and VA loans. During the last 15 years we operated a marketing and advertising company specifically servicing the real estate community on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We produced a real estate specific publication every four weeks as well as provided digital advertising services to agents and offices.
